Sending Us Artwork
Please read these guidelines carefully. Proper file format will help avoid delays and additional set-up fees.
Photographs for riders: Please email us a high resolution jpeg or pdf file as an attachment. We can crop photos as needed. Other than cropping the photo for the specific product, we do not re-touch or alter photos.
Art files for signs: Please email art files as an attachment. We accept eps, pdf or ai. file formats. Artwork should be in vector format, unless prior approval has been made. Please group artwork elements together with no extraneous clipping masks. Artwork for engraving needs to be a vector format in black and white. Please convert all text to outlines or paths.
If applicable, when designing artwork please use an easy to read font. For most products we recommend a darker color text with the font no smaller than 15pt. We typically do not recommend very small font sizes, light font styles such as scripts, or light colors such as pastels.
Colors: will print very close to what is specified and the finished print will have a matte finish. We do not guarantee a 100% color match due to the digital print process used.
After placing your order please email your art file or photo as an attachment to the email listed below. Please include any pertinent information for your order such as the name and number for sign riders.
Once we have received your order and file(s), a proof will be emailed to you for approval within 2 business days. We apologize, but we are unable to generate a proof without a submitted order.
After the initial proof has been sent, if changes are needed one additional proof will be created and sent for final approval. If changes are still requested, additional art fees apply.
Production time varies from product to product and workload. Typical production is 3-6 business days from approval of proof.
Once your proof has been approved, custom printed and engraved orders are unable to be cancelled or refunded. We reserve the right to request additional artwork fees for files not meeting the above guidelines. Any additional fees are to be discussed prior to work being completed.
