Refund Policy

Returns

Our return policy lasts 14 calendar days from receipt of goods purchased. If 14 calendar days have gone by since receiving your purchase, unfortunately we aren't able to offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unopened and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. A 25% re-stocking fee applies to all returns. Buyer is responsible for return shipping charges.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Only stock items, in stock colors are eligible for returns. Any item that has been altered in any way or custom printed is considered a non-stock item and is not eligible for return. Sale and clearance items are not eligible for return or refund.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please contact us at specialtysignstore@gmail.com to begin your return. Once your return has been approved, please ship your product to: PO Box 216 Alvadore Oregon US 97409. 

Buyer is responsible for paying shipping costs when returning the item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you are shipping an item over $50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service and/or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Refunds 

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, please allow 3-5 business days for your refund to show in your account.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, please check your bank account again.
There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items 

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Replacement

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. Or, if a printing error on the part of Specialty Sign Store has been made. Please contact us right away if your product arrives damaged or a printing error has been found. You can contact us at specialtysignstore@gmail.com. If your item was damaged, pictures of the shipping box/material and the damaged item will be needed to file a damage claim. Please have those pictures ready to send when contacting us.

Shipping

Please note we ship to the address listed on your order. We are not responsible for items undelivered due to incorrect addresses or missing address components such as Ste, unit or Apt. numbers. For orders that require an address correction and/or reshipment due to an address error by the buyer. Buyer is responsible for all fees such as package interception, address correction and/or re-shipping charges.
